What is the delivery time for orders within Europe?
Delivery times vary depending on the country, but orders typically arrive within 6–14 working days after payment has been confirmed. Remote areas may require a little more time.
Do you ship to all EU countries?
Yes. We offer delivery to all countries within the European Union. If you are ordering from outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.
How does order tracking work?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will check the status directly with the courier.

The customer only have to bare the return label
How do returns work ?

Our support team will then guide you through the return process.
When will I get my money back ?
Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.
