Refund Policy – JIFN
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@jifnshop.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. We work with different return addresses depending on your region and will always choose the most suitable one based on your location. Return details and instructions will be sent via email.
If your return is accepted, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
We may offer free size exchanges depending on availability. If your item does not fit, please email us at support@jifnshop.com, and we will check what we can do.
Color, variant or product exchanges should be done by returning the item and purchasing the correct one separately.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled because our warehouse processes orders quickly, purchasing shipping labels and forwarding products within approximately 12 hours after ordering. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be stopped. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then request a return.
However, we may be able to adjust address details, sizes, or product variants if you contact us immediately after placing the order. If you notice an issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
