OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed in our store. By making a purchase from JIFN, you agree to the terms set out here, as well as our other policies and Terms of Service.

Our goal is to provide a transparent, safe, and efficient shopping experience for all customers.


SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

Once payment is confirmed, all orders go through a processing period, which includes picking, quality inspection, and preparation for dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time is not included in the shipping time.


SECTION 2 – SHIPPING TIMES

We work with reliable international carriers to offer the best balance between speed and cost.

  • Average Shipping Time: 5 to 9 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

The timeframes provided are estimates from our partner couriers and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and high-demand periods.


SECTION 3 – DELIVERY AREAS

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of certain islands and remote regions where logistical coverage is limited.

If your address falls outside our delivery area, we will notify you before the order is finalised or contact you after an attempted dispatch.


SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions to follow your delivery in real time.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear.

If the tracking information does not update immediately, this does not mean that the order has not been dispatched.


SECTION 5 – CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or local tariffs may apply.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

JIFN does not control, influence, or interfere with each country’s customs procedures.


SECTION 6 – INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot offer free reshipping.

In some cases, we may offer redelivery upon payment of a new shipping fee.


SECTION 7 – DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we do everything possible to ensure timely deliveries, external factors may cause delays, such as:

  • High-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

  • Courier strikes

  • Customs inspections or holds

  • Severe weather conditions

JIFN is not liable for delays resulting from these circumstances, but we will always assist and guide the customer whenever possible.


SECTION 8 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNRECEIVED ORDERS

If your order:

  • does not arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe,

  • arrives damaged, or

  • is missing items,

please contact us immediately at support@jifnshop.com.

We will review the case and take the appropriate action, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


SECTION 9 – FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping may be offered during specific campaigns, for minimum purchase amounts, or for selected regions.

Conditions may vary and will always be displayed on the website at the time of the offer.
